How to konw Finger print result?

submit I485 on 12/7/2001
got finger print appointment on 4/25/2002

Regarding finger print taken on 4/25/2002, I call 802-527-4913 (INS customer service # on I485 receipt) for 2 days, it always busy. Is there alternative way to check the Finger print result?

Try the same number after office hours...

In our case, finger print results were received within 5 business days, and the AVM was updated in less than 10 days. Actually, I checked the AVM 10 days after the FP; by then it was updated. Try the same phone number for AVM again, during late evenings or early mornings. You should get though...
