How do we know our LC #?
I know employer taxid, phone number....
Because the online system tells only LC# certified or not.... How do I know if its mine or not?

IS there any way to know CASE NUMBER ? (Chicago region V)
PLease help

your lawyer or your HR department should have it. the number is on the letter DOL sent back when accepted your case for processing.

The DOL reciept has only file number.... which is no way matching with CASE NUMBER format......

some thing like v-il xxxxxx.x

I can see 3 LC are cleared based on my employer phone number... but dont know whose they are.... real nail baiting suspence
