how to know your date of interview ???

hi guys,
am one of the winners(dv2010), i received the first notification in 17 april, i sent it back in 25 april , my case number is 2010af00000***,but i still wait for the second lettrt from KCC for know the date of my interview.
is possible to call KCC by phone or is forbiden?
 
You can call or email KCC to get your interview date. When you call have your case number and date of birth handy,cos they'll ask you for it. Emailing them might be a better option cos you can print out the reply as evidence
 
In the winning letter KCC wrote not to call them over phone asking the interview date. A lot of winners wrote in various thread that they called KCC and came to know their interview date. Should we do that? I am confused.

thx so much friends, but i have another question: any one has some information about the my interview date concerning my case number 2010AF00000***????
