Can anyone please post the links to the gov website(and may be how to read one of those acronym loaded websites) or just generally let me know- the order in which the immigration processing centers are known to process I-140/485, generally.(i heard vemont is fastest followed by nebraska, texas,california- in that order)??? because even if the labor gets cleared faster due to PERM. Further processing would still depend on these regional centers
