Hello,
Iam done with my Masters and graduated in Dec 2004. I was working on my OPT for EMPLOYER A on W2 from Jan 2005. But i applied my H1B through EMPLOYER B in student quota(20,000).
I got my approval on July 29th 2005. But i was unaware that my start date was from July 29th itself. I continued working for EMPLOYER A till last week on W2.. I came to know about my OPT invalidity through one of my friends today.
Going forward will there be any issue if i go for stamping next year i.e. Jan 2006 as i've worked on W2 for EMPLOYER A even after i got my H1B approval through EMPLOYER B in student quota??
It would be great if any of you guys can throw some light on this issue..
