How to know if my case has been transferred to other service center

My I-140 was approved by TSC in Feb 2007. My lawyer mailed my I-485 petetion to NSC on July 2nd 07 and was received by NSC center on Jul 5th 07. I understand from some of the mail threads that NSC may transfer the 485 petetions to TSC based on serving districts or based on where I140 was approved from. If that is true, how can I know if my case filed at NSC has been transferred to TSC or not. I have not yet received any notice date nor cheques cashed. Appreciate your response.

I am in the same boat as you....Mine reached NSC on July 2nd. Nothing yet.

Just use your case # to register at the USCIS website. It will tell you which service center has your case and if you subscribe for e-mail notifications, you will get notified if your case gets transferred to another center.
