How to know if a 140 has been revoked?

1. Online message should change.
2. Ask your employer who filed 140 if they revoked it.
3. You will know if at all you receive NOID/Denial assuming you filed concurrently
 
Do you immediately receive a NOID/Denial I485 when your I140 is revoked ?

If your I485 is still pending can you assume that your I140 has not been revoked ?

This is an I-140 approved for consular processing in 2001 and I left the company.
I am going to talk to the employer for the details.

As a follow up, here is what I am thinking .. correct me if I am wrong.
If 140 is not revoked, I would like to use the PD from my 140, even though the labor could have been substituted for someone, is that possible?
