How to know about 140 revocation/withdrawal

Is there a way to know if the employer revokes or withdraws I140 petition?

You can check the online status from uscis.gov
I fyou have field the I-485 then USCIS wil Send a letter to you.

My 140 was filed with a revoked 140 labor and when I looked at the online status for the revoked 140, it still says that 140 approved etc etc...
So I guess the online status does not always show that the 140 has been revoked.
