How to keep my Priority Date?

My Perm was filed last Dec. and got approved this March. My I-140 is not filed to INS yet. If I switch my job now, can I keep my Priority Date? Or PD can be kept only after I-140 gets approved.

Only after I140 gets approved. These days thet I140 approvals are very quick. So I would suggest that you wait for the I140 approval before switching jobs.
