how to invite parents to US without applying for GC?
My husband is a US sitizen and he has been in US for more than 1 year.he wants to bring over his mother for a short visit .as far as it might a take long time to apply for green card and be approved ,he'd rather try something faster and then we she returns he'll have time to apply for GC.
is there anything he could do?is there any form to fill out?
