How to interpret codes on Offical Processing times

Hi,
I'm looking at the recent update from VSC on their offical processing times. Can someone tell me what is the difference between the various types of I-140 entries they have.

Specifically: I am EB3 ... is that the same as E13? E31? or EW3?
