How to Inform INS?

Hi there

I'm going to change my job under AC21.To be in safer side I want to inform INS that I'm changing my current employer. Do I need to actually Inform INS? if yes, How do I inform INS about my current status? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I notified NSC of job and address changes 4 months after, in last Dec. I just wrote a letter, no particular format or form. Have not called INS to confirm that they have updated my information. I am not sure if there is a best way, just think that I can produce some evidence that I already notified them if later on asked for.

I am RD Oct. 2001. Have been hesitating about whether should call NSC. Hoping they could approve my case without rfe or transfer.

Other people would suggest you to mail NSC and then confirm by calling one month later. If you go to the INS site, you will be able to find the NSC address where you should send you letter about change of address.
