How to include my newborn in application?

HI all,

One year ago I applied for Canada PR and I gave birth to my son on jan 2004. Do I need him to include in application , he is born in USA. If yes, what is the procedure to include him in the application? When I applied for Canada PR I was on H1B visa but right now I'm on H4. So when I applied for PR I was employed but now i'm unable to work. Does it affect my application cause I dont have job? Plz guide me.

You need to inform Buffalo ASAP abt birth of your baby. Actually they want you to inform them even if you are pregnant. Anyway they will advise you to include your baby with your application by applying as your dependant if you are a primary applicant. Your change in visa status/job situation won't create any problem but you should mention that in a letter to them abt that also.

When you inform Buffalo abt the birth of your baby; they will ask for birth cerificate of the baby and will send papers for his medicals. (In case of baby's medicals; as he is born here dr. will just check him visually). You will have to file separate application for him as a dependant of principal applicant. Thanks for the reply again. One more thing do you know(or anybody) which are the forms I have to fill out for my baby? As far as I know I have to attach his birth cerificate, his photos, and passport copy. Plz help me out guys.

Hi Folks

I have cleared my Quebec immigration and want to apply for Federal now. Two questions.

1) How do I get my Police certificate from US? Can I go to nearest police dept and get it?

2) How do I find the finger printing experts to get the FBI finger printing card?
