How to immigrate to US from Canada

I'm on a permanent resident visa in Canada....I would like to know what is the process for immigrating to US. . Please tell what are my best options....

You have to have:
1) close family ties to a US citizen, or
2) an employer willing to sponsor you for green card, or
3) At least 1 million US dollars available to invest in a business that generates jobs for at least 10 Americans, or
4) Born in a country eligible to apply for Diversity lottery visa.
