How to handle TN questions from US employers?

When asked "can you work for any employers in the US without restrictions", what can I say without hurting my canadacy since most US employers probebly know little about TN? Thanks.

You should say that you do not require visa sponsorship to work in the USA.
 
In my case I informed them that there would be no cost (I covered the $56 myself at the border). I also offered to assist HR in wording the offer letter, etc to ensure it matched the TN category and position that I was going to be working under.

It was rather painless :)
