Dear All
My I-140 EB1 EA get approval in TXC.( file 03/31/06 approvel 10/19/06)
I prepare to file 485 now. Here are some question
1. where to file my I-485, Nebraska or Texas Center
2. Is it necessary for EB1 provide a employment letter? if so, which information must including?

Yes, you need to get an employment letter for your 1485.

I tend to disagree. You don't need an employment letter if your case is EB-1 EA (extraordinary ability). That is an achievement-based category rather than employment-based; legislature and I-140 form itself clearly state that no offer of employment is required. You do have to, at I-140 stage, provide proof (pre-arranged commitments or contracts) that you intend to continue working in your field of expertise, but shfat2004 probably already did that since his/her I-140 was approved.

Don't worry about an employment letter, you are "extraordinary" ;) I did not include one and did not have any problems. Although, for clarity, I did include the following sentence in my I-485 cover letter - "I am not including an employment letter, since my Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, was self-petitioned under Section Alien of Extraordinary Ability, §203(b)(1)(A)." Good luck to you! :)
