How to go in for early fp @ newark ?..please help

I am desperately trying to trying to go in for an early finger printing.( not for early approval).. for my spouse


The first time i was not allowed even into the office, the officer who checks the notice, said i have to come on that date.

However, i am going to try in all the possible ways i can?


1. Is there any time day or any time of the day i can just walk-in and get it done @ newark?

2. Will cherry hill or hackensack encourage allow these?

Dude,

Be Cool.. thats the best thing to do with these stuff. Hurry may burry.. I would suggest you to take the print taken at the mentioned date and time.

early 2FP done at Newark today(5/25), Emergency AP turned down

Hi, Just wanna share the experience,

My wife and I did the early 2FP today. We got in the office about 11:50am, and done at 12:40. Quite smooth. Our schduled FP date is 6/12/04. My suggestion would be try at noon when there are less people.

The bad thing is my Emergency AP application was turned down, I have to send the documents to Vermont center asking for the expedition. Because I dont have a AP receipt from VSC, otherwise I was told I could have same day AP at Newark if I have a solid reason.

Thanks for sharing your experiences, guestusa, sorry to hear about the AP.

I'd need to apply for a non-emergency AP myself, I was told by an immigration officer at the 800 number that I could go to Newark within 3 weeks of departure date with strong evidence (plane tickets, I think). I don't know if we'll get it on that same day or later. Have you heard anything like this?

you can try, no hurt

I think you can try your luck, it doesnt hurt to ask the Newark to expedite your case as long as you have a AP receipt. Not sure your plane ticket is enough to convince the officers, but it is worthy doing, and it wont take long time.
