This morning i called USCIS 1800 number,
1) It ask me to enter receipt#
2) i entered my I-485 receipt number
3) system read the complete message which is see online(uscis.gov).
4) i went back and entered my I-140 receipt number
5) System tells me " Due to the temporary system failure we are unable to ......................account information......'
then on wards i tried many times, it works when i enter I-485 receipt but not when i enter I-140
can you guys tell me how to get to the live person..... not hoax telphone
