How to get the lost I140

Hi Gurus,

My ex employer had got I 140 approval PD 2001 but he is unable to locate the I 140 approval. I have the EAC # and is there a way to get the lost I140 approval? Can my ex employer or his Attorney get a copy of it?

Any help on this is appreciated as my current employers LC is going into troubles.

Yes, your attorney can provide the approval number (EAC or LIN) to the INS and they will resend a copy after charging a small fee (I think).

Check with your attorney.
