How to get Tax Transcripts?

As I understand for my mother GC I have to either submit my tax return documents or tax transcripts.
Am I right , that only Tax transcripts serve the purpose.

I had called some phone number to get tax transcripts for last 5 years while doing our GC 6 years back. Is this how we get tax transcripts now too? Can someone give me phone number to get tax transcripts.
