How to get rid of Attorney?

My lawyer is company lawyer. They have laid me off. so I am afraid whether he will cancel my GC process. So just want to remove him from my Attorney. If I get some query I would like get a good lawyer later for persuing 180 day rule.

First find a new attorney and discuss the details with him

I think you should see a new attorney first and discuss your case with him/her. If 180 day rule is a real rule, your current attorney may not be able to jeopardize your chances. You may try to get some free consultation by logging into a site like Murthy Chat too.

   You can take a copy of the notice papers from your old attorney and submit them to the new attorney. Do this after discussing with new attorney.
