How to get relation with the NJ's Senator/Congressman's office?

I have been waiting for my GC so long time, but it is still pending. I am going to write a letter to the NJ's Senator/Congressman's office, are there someone who could send me a sample letter? I wil appreciate very much.

Just write a simple letter in normal format, but explain very briefly your complete case history and tell them where you need there assistance and I am sure you will be informed about your status soon.
You can go to www.house.gov and enter your 9 digit zip and it will give your local representive's name. Good Luck!
