I started the LC process in Mar 2000 and filed for the I-485 on Nov 5, 2001 (ND). The only place I see a priority date is on my Fingerprint Notice and that had the PD as Nov 5, 2001. Is it not supposed to be the date you start the LC process? or atleast LC approval?

PD is the date you file your Labor Certicate. Now PD is current for all categories, so PD have no impact. If it regress, INS will stop process your application based on your PD until your PD become current.

Hi,
My Priority Date and Receipt date are the same. My receipt has a blank Priority Date, but my FP notice had a Priority date of 09/24 which is same as the receipt date. Does this make sense ? I am confused. Anyone in the same boat?
