I got my 3rd EAD card recently. The problem now is I lost more than two months on new EAD card. I just called the National Customer Service Center and was told to mail copies of current and new EAD cards and an explanation letter to request TSC corret the wrong validation and expiration dates.
Is the letter going to be working? Please make your comments if you had such experience.
