How to get LC substitute?

It sounds a lot people use LC substitute to file 140/485.
I am curious how about the chance to get a LC Sub?
Namely, one could get LC sub from the SAME company
because someone else left the company,
also one could try a new company to get a LC ----
Which has a bigger chance?

I dont think a comparison is possible, but I believe both of them have same chances. I hope you are aware of the preconditions of using a substitute labor.

Search the forum - lots of cases are posted and discussed(till 140 and 485). You maybe able to find something useful for yourself.

Two scenarios, "SUB" and "PRO", how do you interprete and substitute. Substitution is , actually, going for "PRO" tests. You have to show skills mentioned therein.
