how to get J-2 Waiver?

Hi

I want to share my experience, I got a favorable recommendation from dos without a lawyer,

if you are a j-2 and you divorced(or death of j-1) from j-1,

you can apply for a waiver as interested goverment agency,

dos will act as a interested goverment agency for j-2,

and it takes only a few weeks to get it....
