how to get interin EAD

Hi

My spouse EAD is pending for 3 months now. WHat are the procedures to get an interim EAD from Newark BCIS office. Any body got interim please let me know the procedures.

You have to go to the local USCIS office with EAD receipt notice on Wednesday. Usually, they issue interim EAD in the same day. I did it from local office last year. Make sure you take receipt notice or proof of EAD application.
