How to get H1 visa extention

Hello everyone.
My H1 visa has been expired. I got my new H1 & spouse H4 approval papers with me. Now, How to visa for me and my wife without going out of United states?

Did you get i94 on the new approval ?
If yes then, to get the visa stamped on your passport ,
