I would like to ask a couple questions for
my Fathers visa status . In
April, 2003, an Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration was granted to
him. And the Visa expired in Oct, 2003.
Due to some unavoidable circumstances, he was not able to visit the US
during the Visa Validity period and so he never got a Permanent
Resident Card. He appeared for the interview at Consulate General,
Mumbai (Bombay), India.
Now that the situation is favoring, I would like to know what is form
that he needs to submit and what other documents are required for the
application. Any additional information will be very helpful.
