How To get copy of Labor Certification & I-140 from INS

Hello

I would like to know, how to get a copy the Labor certification and I-140 from INS, as the employer doesnot provide me any details

Any help is appreciated

1) File FOIA - and wait for 1-2 Yrs

2) Cut a deal with your employer

3) Pray to the God


I have filed for FOIA 1.5 Yrs back and Not heard anything
 
Copies: labor and i140
