How to get AP urgently?

Hello folks, I applied for 485, EAD, AP with a notice date of October 24, 2000. (WAC-01-015-xxxxx). I received my EAD and finger print notices but havent heard anything about Advance Parole. I need to travel now and my H1 visa expired as well. How can I get AP urgently?
I tried at San JOse INS and they refused to look at it. Can I try at CSC?
