How to get an Interim EAD Card?

Hi All,

I have been a regular follower of these forums. The information in here is great and provides me the support to hold in these tough times. However I have a question.....

I have submitted concurrently my I140/I485/ I765 / AP petitions with Vermont Service Center and my notice date is 09/02/2003. I did not receive my EAD approval yet. Has any one got the interim EAD approval from a BCIS center in NJ. If so please let me know the process please. I would appreciate your replies.

You could go to the local District Office after 90 days of the Receipt date and show them the receipt notice of I765 & I485 and they shall issue you interim EAD. Please note that there should not be any RFE on I140 or I485 at the time you visit the Local DO.
My RD is 8/27/03 and ND is 9/5/03, EB3 and I am planning to go to Boston DO next week. I shall keep posted in this thread about my experience.

What Category do you belong to EB2/EB3? any RFE?

if I had RFE on EAD , then can I visit local INS office for
iEAD ?

I dont have RFE on I-140 & I-485 , but I have RFE on EAD.
