We came to know about our Interview Date as Feb. 14th. We both did not receive Interview Letters. Our FP was on Jan 4th. in Atlanta. And Cases disappeared on Jan 16th on USCIS website. We got an Error Message asking us to Call USCIS customer representative. My wife talked to a representative and he told us that our files have been moved from TX to Atlanta and our Interview Date is Feb. 14th. We never received our letters. 
Hopefully, we will receive IL's next week. and Interview date indeed is Feb. 14th. So, we have atleast one week to preapare the documents if anything specific required for cases. If not, We are wondering what to do: . Any suggestions on getting any Dupicate IL's. Any Experience Please...!. Thank you.
