My 140 was approved recently. The approval notice was recd by the attorney as is the case. I requested them to send me a copy of the approval notice for my record keeping, the attorney's said that they cannot release the approval notice to me for record keeping and can only do in "certain circumstances" (undefined in their mail).
My question:
Do we need the 140 approval notice for anyapplications (EAD/AP) which I might file on my own?
Are there any other valid reasons which I could use to insist upon my asking.
OR
is it that one cannot retain a copy even of approval notice (understood that it is a company petition).
