How to find whether stuck in name check

On forum several people reported that they are stuck in name check. My question is how they find they are stuck with name check. The online status just for my case just shows that the application is recieved on may 26, 06 and decision would be mailed whenever it is made.

My FP was done on Aug 2,06. LUD are 06/26, 08/02, 08/06 and 10/12. How do I find what is going currently with my case?

you can make an infopass appointment and find out if your name check is cleared or any other infromation. good luck.

if your center's processing dates are atleast 30 days past your RD then only you need to worry and start following up........otherwise its just a waste of time since name check cannot be expedited unless you its been atleast a years since 485 was filed....
