How to find the status of labor

Hi Friends,

My Illinois Labor filed in June this year(PD- 6/16). I don't know how to track whether the state is completed and whether the application has been sent to Federal. When I looked at the immigration website..this is what I found
CHICAGO Region Illinois Now processing 7/11/2003 (State)

CHICAGO Now processing 8/25/03 (Federal)


I don't know whether my application is still in state or sent to fed.

How will I know the status ? FYI., mine is EB2(RIR).

Any information in this regard is highly appreciated.
