How to find the EAC#?

My corporate lawyers will not give me my EAD application number. All I know is FPS# for my FP. How do I find out regarding my EAC number? I would like to check my status online.

Anyway to get you receipt numbers (485/EAD/AP) call INS. IIO will confirm your basic information like name, address, DOB before issuing receipt#. Good luck.
 
You may also use your A# (Alien number from FP notice) when trying to get your case number from IIO.

Thats what I did to get my case number.

By law your employer is required to disclose to you any immigration papers that they have filed and received on your behalf. Furthermore, when you were applying for I-485 there is a line in which both you and your (corporate) lawyer signed that allows him to represent you in these applications. But as such he is required to disclose to you any and all paperwork he filed/receives on your behalf.

They could lose their Barr license/get federal penalties for not letting you see this stuff. Just tell them upfront that by law they cannot keep this stuff from you.

No one would get away with this kind of bullsh*t if people knew their rights.
