HOW TO FIND RD&ND WITH EAC#

i have a question.somebody please help me.thanks in advance.
my attorney gave me my EAC# AS EAC01167#####.SO WAHT WILL BE THE RD&ND?

You can\'t tell by just looking at EAC number. Try calling VSC and after entering EAC number, the message should say "we recieved ur application on such and such date...". Thats ur RD.

Actually the EAC # corresponds to the ND, not RD, even though the AVM says \'received on..\'. (They actually mean ND by that date).

The first 2 digits of the EAC # give the year. The years starts from Oct 1 of the previous calendar year, not Jan 1. The next 3 digits give the number of the working day starting from the start of the year, i.e. from Oct 1 that your ND falls on.

e.g., EAC 01 167 XXXXX means your ND is in year 2001, i.e., between Oct 1 2000 and Sept 30 2001, and your ND is the 167th working day starting from Oct 1 2000.
