I got my I-140 approved on last thursday. I-140 approval notice doesnt have my spouse name added as dependent. Does I-140 approval notice usually have spouse name ? If not, how I will know whether my wife's name is there in I-140 or not.
No. Spouse name is not in 140. When you apply for 485, you'll put your spouse name. Your spouse will have their own 485 application, specifying you as spouse along with a copy of your 140 approval notice.

Get a copy of the form I-140 from your lawyer as there is a section where you list the dependents in Part 7. From I-140 does not do anything to your dependents, it is just for the Immigration record purposes so that you can petition your dependents for I-485 as derivatives. Hope this helps.
