I married a USC and we went to the San Diego INS office last August and handed in all of our paperwork. Two days later I went back for my EAD and a week or two later I received my AP. I was called for fingerprinting at the end of October so now I wait for the interview to be scheduled....
I read on here a lot of people seem to know where they stand - are you all using the tracking page on the INS website? I don't have a WAC (or similar) number so can't get that page to work for me. All I have is my A number on the receipt I was given.
The CSC is showing 9/5/02 for immeadiate family petitions so anyone have any idea when we might hear something? Or if there's any way to find out where we are in the process?
