How to find out Status of Case under Labor Clearnce

I have received the acknowledgement for the Papers my attorney filed for labour clearance in the state of Illinois.

They have assigned the file number and Priority Date of 02/21/2003.

Given below is the status published on 23rd May 2003
Regional Processing Time:
Chicago Mar. 2003
State Processing Time:
Illinois : Mar. 2003

As indicated in http://www.immigration.com/processing-times/protest2.html,

May 15, 2003 SESA (Region-V)Illinois RIR Now Processing 3/7/2003
Regional:
May 15, 2003 CHICAGO - V Now processing 3/12/2003

Does it mean that my case, which has a priority date of 02/21/2003 is with Regional Processing Center.

Is there any way to find the status of my case based on the information I have.

Checking case status
- Automated Voice Message number 312-353-1059. AVM seems to be working properly (if you get an error try again)
- Send an e-mail to lcstatus05@doleta.gov with either one of three things in the text of the message (It is underlined and italicized here for emphasis. People should not underline or italicize in typing in the body of the message!):
(1) Employer Tel #. In the body of the message, please type Employer Phone (555)XXX-XXXX (employer phone number) and send;
(2) Employer Tax ID#. In the body of the message, please type Tax ID XX-XXXXXX (employer tax id number) and send;
(3) LC Case #. In the body of the message, please type Case XXXXX (your case number) and send. Only one case at a time will be accepted.

Thank You very Much for this.

I tried their phone service and when I entered the TAX ID of my employer when prompted, I receive the message ' There are no more cases..'.

What does it mean? My case must have been cleared by them and with Federal Chicago Branch?

When I sent the email with My case no, it is undelivered since
lcstatus05@doleta.gov (user not found)

It means that there are no cases from employer with the DOL. If your case has reached DOL then it would give the details with case number and when it was certified. I think your case is still with IL SESA.

Try once again sending a mail with the following format.

The syntax to request case status follows:

In the body of the message type:

I accessed the AVM first using employer tax id, result - no cases found. However, when I used the telephone number I received update on LC cases. Hopefully this was for my company :->)
