Anybody know how to find if the FBI name is done. I don't know even if is submitted yet. I had my Interview on April 11th 2005. I still haven't receive any letter from them.

I see several people posted that their name were submitted to FBI for the Name check. Anybody know how to find that out?

what did the interview officer say to you after you were done with your interview? did you pass and were recommented for natizuation? or you were told about "decision cannot be made at ths moment?"

Yeah, the interview officer was very rude with me. I passed the interview but she gave me the “decision cannot be made at this moment" letter. It has been more than one month that they haven't asked any documents from me and I haven't received the oath either. I had my senator's office check on my application; they have told me that it is on the FBI name check pending. When I had my lawyer write the email to the Interviewing officer, he replied and said the decision hasn't been made on my case yet. I don't know if it is really on the FBI name check pending or still under review. My application was based on 5 years residency with very clean record. I hold very good status a lots community works, contribution to the several nonprofit organization. But I still had the rude officer. Let's pray I will receive the Oath soon.

having a rude officer during interview does not mean anything. what officer cannot make decision at the moment means a lot things. also, name check is a high %. read the post i replied and go thru from there.
