My labor (PD : June, 2003) just got approved. Neither my "future" employer (who is processing my GC) nor his lawyer tells me whether it was filed under EB2 or EB3. I have the ETA case number. Is there any way to find out this info please ?.
Labor Cert has nothing to do with any of immigration category. Your category comes into picture first time while you show the intent of category at the time of filing I-140 (Second stage) after approval of labor cert.
