How to find out FP notice is issued

Hi Guys,
My lawyer is the laziest guy and work only on the interest of the company and not for the employee. I have seen lot of people got finger printing notices around and beyond my ND. Is there any we can find out that ins had sent out a fp letter.

The only way to get an answer is from IIO. Call up VSC at 802-527-4913 and IIO would be able to tell the status. I think the information about your FP issuance gets entered pretty late in their system. For my case, I called up and IIO told me my application is pending and I received the FP within 2 days. So I don\'t know how authentic their information is ...

After seeing lot of FP\'s for Jan 00, I called up IIO to enquire about my FP. She told me 4 - 6 months.

Hi Everybody, thanks for your help and reply. As one of you said, just kicked the butt of HR and lawyer and got the proper answer. They did receive the fp notice. I don\'t know the date or location yet. Once again thanks a lot
