Most District courts use a system called pacer. Is there a website that list court decisions online free of charge?

I am interested in Writ of Mandamus cases filed in the District of Maryland.

Thanks you.

I don't know if you can access them from the internet.
i went down toTowson District Court, you can to the court and use their computer to find what you need, they will print a copy for you. it's all public record.
they have computers for the public to use.

Findlaw.com allows to check Supreme Court's and US appelate courts' opinions. Unfortunately it doesn't allow to view district court cases.
Pacer is a very expensive tool. I called them last night and was told that you get charged .08$ per page or access. So if I put the name USCIS in the search field, and my search brings back 500 links. I will be charged 500 * .08$ = 40 dollars for one search that I might not even use. So every click costs you money. It is definitely not for personal use.

try calling the district court directy and speak to the clerk. all judgements are public records. they are bound to have a cheaper way of u seeing them.

I think this is the best way, although it's very time-consuming, but the problem is that you can only check cases that happened in the district court where the computer is placed, not all district courts. At least that's what I was told.
