Dear All,
I am another victim of TSC. This is my case details:
RD 07/24/2002
ND 07/29/2002
FP1 08/08/2003
FP2 ?????????
AD ????????

I send 15-20 faxes so far. Nothing happend Yet. I am thinking to contact local congressman in West palm Beach, Florida.

Can you help me how can I find out local congressman and what is the best way to contact (by fax, by email, by phone or direct visit).

Good luck with all. Hope everyone will have good GC Year. ;)

Check out this link: http://www.visi.com/juan/congress/
Try to enter your zip code and state to narrow down the results.

I think it's better if you send them a letter about your case, including all the relevant informations such as the A#, contact info, etc. I suggest you only do that if TSC's current processing time for I-485 is at least 30 days past your RD/ND.

I contacted mine, they sent an inquiry and got an answer the same day, guess what FP expired and name check pending, by the way ND may 2002, send FBI inquiry e-mail, son't know what to do now, but a definitely is a good thing to contact congressman, I would have never now about name check, so I have about 3 monhs before new FP notice to do something with name check.

How did you contacted congressman, is it local office addess or DC office address, Fax or letter or Phone call. If you update it will be helpful. I will wait until the next update and contact the local congressman

Go to www.house.gov and enter your zip code. It will give you the list of your congressmen. Then go to their web site and find the contact information. Most of the congressmen have a fulltime person working to handle the Immigration issues.

I am not a layer, but I am a software Engineer.

First I sent a letter, and then went to the office at the next day, the letter wasn't even there yet, but anyways it was better that way, they took my information and sent the inquiry, got the address in their website, good luck. About the letter I sent, they probably threw it away. My recomendation go to the office don't send letters.

Thanks a lot for the information i will try it out once TSC officeial processing date is over 30 days of my receipt date.
Thanks again for pardeshi and fcapristan
