Hi gurus here, I often see people having subsitution labor. I wonder what's the best way to find employment/company that have substitution labors? Any ideas are appreciated.

can anyone also tell me where to find which center currently has the fatest processing time in the nation? Any thread that's discussing this issue. Thanks.
