How to find a local INS for interim EAD?

I am living in upper state of New York. My fingerprint was done in Albany, but to get passport stamped, people from my place go to New York City. How to find which INS is your local INS which can issue you an interim EAD after 90 days?

Go to the USCIS web site, under the discripition of local office, there is a section "Service Areas". Then you will figure out where you should go.
 
I believe you can go to the following office to get the interim EAD.

Albany Sub Office
1086 Troy-Schenectady Road
Latham, New York 12110
