How to fill Parts 5 and 6 of I-140 for EB11

EB1A-Texas

Any suggestion will be appreciated, especially from those who have successfully experienced I-140 for EB1-A.

First I have to point out that I am self-petition. So In part 5, item 1, I check "self."

Questions:

(1) Part 5, item 3, "If an individual, give the following, Occupation.... Annual Incomes...." My attorney said to put "N/A" for both. Is that correct?

(2) Part 6, my attorney said to put "N/A" for every item. Is that correct?

I am not comfortable with what my attorney told me. So please give me your advice.

I am waiting for your kind reply. Please help me as soon as possible.

Thanks.

I think you better let your attorney to fill it out for you.

this is better because one small mistake may mess up your application.

But I like to encourage to careful when u fill education and experience part. it is really important.

I like to also encourage all of be hopeful with your pettitions with patient. my case was also approved after very long wait. and I was almost giving up the hope.

It is really good to read your pettition form and understand it all what information should be there to meet requirments.

if u are filling the I-140 read the requirment of all documents u must submit with it. for example . If you are holding degree outside of US then u should attatched of equivalency of your requirment. (read labor certificate and petittion).
and All Experience employee letters (work experience Certificates)
ald all other supporting documents, otherwise u will be receiving RFE letters.

Be hopeful and good luck to u all

Ali
