I need help on this issue. On my job ads for an information system manager I put "require master degree and two yrs management experience". I have a master degree and no IT experience but I do have several years experience as a department manager in a tourist compnay. On part H 6 of the 9089 form, it asks "is expereince in the job offered required for the job?" I have to answer yes and put 24 monts there. right? question 10 "is experience in an alternate occupation acceptable?" 10-b asks the job title, can I put generic manager there. I am in the recruitment period now but a bit worried about my case. I am afraid the co may interprete my two yrs management experience as IT experience. Any advice is highly appreciated.
